Refunds
Prior to processing a refund, we kindly ask for the opportunity to assist you. Contact our support via chat, tech ticket, or at bigbl01@hotmail.com, and please allow 24–72 hours for our Support Team to respond. We strive to address your requests promptly.
Considering the instant download nature of digital media (software), it is non-returnable. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product, making all sales final.
Refunds may be granted in rare cases where the product is:
- Completely corrupted or fails to open
- Significantly different from the description
- Undeliverable due to technical issues (and our team cannot resolve it)
Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind or failure to understand the product’s purpose. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
